Its mission is to build and deploy the world’s first brain-inspired AI compute engine for a broad class of inferencing workloads in the multi-billion dollar cloud and infrastructure edge markets.
d-Matrix has fundamentally changed the physics of memory-compute integration with digital in-memory compute engine. The goal of AI compute has been to break through the memory wall to minimize data movements, which the d-Matrix team have achieved with a first-of-its-kind DIMC engine. They take a holistic approach to AI compute leveraging these five pillars: circuits, ML algorithms, software, chiplets, and advanced packaging.
